Join us for 5 days and 4 nights of lively music, laughter and a celebration of life!

Day 1~Board our deluxe motor coach in Champaign (possible other pickup locations TBD) and on to the verdant Ozark Mountains.  Check-in to the Radisson Hotel for 4 nights and then we are off to The Hughes Family dinner show. Voted “Branson’s Live Music Show of the Year” this show is the largest live on-stage performing family in the world with a cast of 50 all born to entertain with their new opener of “The Greatest Showman!”  Return to the hotel.https://www.hughes-brothers.com/music-and-video/

Day 2~Following breakfast we’re off to explore beautiful Dogwood Canyon, in Lampe.  Step aboard comfortable, open-air trams and explore the beauty of Dogwood Canyon on our guided Wildlife Tram Tour.  You will wind through the canyon floor, past towering bluffs and waterfalls, crossing creeks beds by way of beautiful-crafted stone bridges, and splashing through spring-fed waters.  After a brief stop to feed the rainbow trout, the tour continues into Arkansas where herds of bison, elk, whitetail deer and longhorn cattle roam the upper reaches of the Canyon. Lunch at the lovely Mill and Grill Restaurant on site.  Back to the hotel to relax a bit before dinner and a drama.

“Down home good!” dining at the Shepherds Mill Restaurant.  In between dinner and our show, peruse the craft shops on site.  That evening we’ll sit under the stars and experience the action-packed live reenactment of the famous historical novel “The Shepherd of the Hills”.  This timeless work by Harold Bell Wright is a heartwarming story of love, revenge, tragedy and forgiveness….the story of the Ozarks. Published in 1907, this beautiful story tells of life in the rugged Ozark Mountains in the late 1800’s. In this all new performance, there are over 90 actors and actresses, horses, sheep, mules and donkey’s perform on a stage the size of a football field.  There’s a shoot-out, the actual burning of a log cabin, a love story, a mystery, and a moral message that is as true today as it was over a century ago. Return to the hotel.  https://theshepherdofthehills.com/drama/

Day 3~ Following breakfast there’ll be leisure time on your own today.

We are in for a treat with the production of “Noah” at the incomparable Sight and Sound Theater.  Two by two the voyage began.  With a catastrophic storm on the way, one man is given a monumental task; build a boat big enough to save his family from a flood that will cover the entire earth…but they won’t be alone.  This landmark production takes you on board one of the world’s best known voyages, as live animals fill the stage and aisle.  Set sail aboard this enormous ark as this extraordinary Bible story comes to life all around you! With a unique theater experience beginning with a 2000 seat auditorium, a 300 ft. stage that surrounds the audience on three sides, a cast of 50 actors, state of the art technology, NOAH! Is sure to be a truly memorable experience!  Following our show it’s back to the Landing for group waterfront dining and the evening Fire and Light Show!  https://www.sight-sound.com/experience Return to the hotel.
